WHO WE ARE

WE ARE VETERANS. We are veterans who have successfully transitioned from active duty to corporate careers. We are veterans who have held positions of responsibility with business partners within our organizations as well as with those in states and the federal government. We are veterans whose expertise in transitioning allows us to customize strategies to attract, train, and retain veteran employees to benefit the unique needs of our clients. We are veterans who know what it takes to cultivate a culture of success.

With an understanding of the distinct challenges veterans face in adapting to corporate America, we also recognize the special value veterans add to the workplace. We are committed to the task of communicating to clients our core belief in the advantages of employing American veterans.

Trained to accomplish ever evolving missions, individually and in teams, veterans are exceptionally adaptable in meeting the changing g needs of clients. As veterans, we believe no job is complete until expectations are exceeded and success stories told. It’s the way the military taught us. It’s the way we conduct business. It’s the Eleven09 way.
